Big Sam Young Ronnie’s Takeover!

 

We are so excited to bring Sydney’s culinary juggernaut, Big Sam Young, to Ronnie’s as part of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival!

Inspired by the taste of his travels, Sam has worked across some of Sydney’s top restaurants such as Mr. Wong, Ms.G’s, Queen Chow, Totti’s and more recently as Lotus’s head chef. His over-arching philosophy is that it takes more than just flavours to elevate food from good to great – it’s the complete experience that comes with it. Immerse yourself in the Big Sam Young Experience as he weaves his magic on the New York-Italian inspired Ronnie’s menu.

This is a must-attend event for foodies who can choose from two specially designed menus – one that will give you a taste of the famous BSY flavour, and one that will immerse you in the full Big Sam Young experience. Either way, you’ll be treated to four drool-worthy courses featuring Sam’s signature ingredients such as caviar, fresh black truffles, toothfish & a 2GR full-blood wagyu!
