  • Ronnie's a busy Italian restaurant in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, is searching for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic front-of-house team. We're looking for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, brings strong leadership and financial know-how to the table, and above all, understands the magic of true hospitality — warm, generous, and full of life.

    From lunch through to late-night dinner service, Ronnie’s is where everyone can come for comfort food, curated wines, and the kind of service that feels like family. Located just a short stroll from Southern Cross Station and surrounded by key tram lines, we’re right where the city comes alive.

    As Restaurant Manager, you’ll take the reins of daily operations, inspire and mentor your team, and ensure each guest’s experience is memorable from the first “buongiorno” to the last espresso. You’ll work alongside a passionate culinary team, bringing a mix of seasonal Italian dishes to life in a venue that blends nostalgia with modern flair.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven leadership in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant – ideally with an Italian or European background.

    • Availability across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
