For $35, we’ll kick things off with Ronnie’s fermented potato focaccia & prosciutto, then you choose your main:

• Veal scaloppini with bagna cauda

• Chicken salad (crispy chicken thigh, salsa verde mayonnaise, ricotta, prosciutto + dressed leaves)

• Spicy fusilli alla vodka, finished with house-whipped ricotta
